The Midwest needs to stop electing people like this.

Monday, October 20th, 2008 @ 3:22 pm | Politics

Minnesota GOP Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann joins Iowa’s Steve King in a love of rationalism and fairness:

I mean, just don’t elect people who are batshit crazy. Is that difficult? Midwesterners have this odd reputation for being sensible, practical people. We can’t coast on the reputation if people like Bachmann and King are representing us.

Somehow I meant to post this two days ago but didn’t…as an update, Bachmann’s unfortunately named challenger, Elwyn Tinklenberg, raised $500K after this show of insanity. Good luck to him!

Honestly, I got as far as “…Americans are just now starting to find out about Bill Ayers…” and stopped watching (which, it would seem, is a pretty common reaction among most Americans).
Fuck that racist idiot twat. I hope Tinklehahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha-sorry-berg kicks the ever-loving shit out of that empty-headed succubus beast.

Tinklenberg is getting a tsunami of cash at the expense of other good candidates, like Rob Hubler and Becky Greenwald.

  4. jeromy Says:

Yeah, last I heard it was up to $700K now.

This was the leading story on the 6pm news tonight here in Minneapolis, and I love it. The Daily Show did a great job covering the disturbing new “real” or “pro-” America virus spreading through the GOP tonight too.

I’m a little frightened, though–between Bachmann and Gayle Quinnell (“Obama is an Arab”) there are some fucking crazy people in this state!

King continues to spew his vitriol as shown in an article just published today.

Republicans honestly believe that Bullwinkle Moose is going to show up and vote on November 4th.
