Say what you will but I think that he and Palin are pretty representative of what is left of the Republican Party.

The last bit is editorial, not journalism – there’s no doubt that Fox News is preparing to get in line behind Obama (cf. the Murdoch New Yorker profile earlier this year – Murdoch likes Obama, since, like any real conservative, he cares most about the economy, which McCain would certainly destroy), and this is some evidence of that.
Joe the Plumber’s refusal to back up his indefensible opinion with anything at all is a riot. Joe the Prostitute, more like.
