Another case study in rightwinger madness.

Gotta admire their work ethic, but drowning people in misinformation is merely a technique, and if you can make a scrap of sense out of this fevered opus on Atlas Shrugged, you need to go to a psychiatrist. As far as I can tell, it boils down to a constructed timeline based on requests of Barack Obama’s mother’s school records that leads us to:

…how was Ann having Barack in Honolulu in Aug 1961 AND enrolled at the U of Washington the same month?

Call me nuts, but I’m pretty sure they had airplanes back then.

BTW, the rightwing genius answer is, “Malcolm X might be Barack Obama’s daddy.”

Take your pick.

Good post, JB. However, wouldn’t a simple five minute press conference organized by Mr. Obama where he openly shares his birth-certificate do more to quell these type of stories than withholding the document from public view?

What if he posted it online where everybody could see it and several government officials in Hawaii verified that it was valid?

But the far right’s inability to handle this simple fact is simply symptomatic of its deeper corruption. You go ahead and keep speculatin’.

Did I miss the five-minute press conference where George W. Bush shared his birth certificate? Or William Jefferson Clinton? How about GWB I? Ronald Reagan? Jimmy Carter. Gerald Ford, maybe? How about Richard Nixon? Lyndon B. Johnson. JFK! The fact is, people who’re suddenly interested in birth certificates are what the old phrase “grasping at straws” was coined to refer to: people with no case at all who fabricate a case from thin air. Get this through your skulls: nobody of any intelligence at all thinks there’s any hay to be made out of Barack Obama’s birth certificate. If it was good enough for Illinois, it’s good enough for anybody of any intellectual seriousness. If you think anything about it, you out yourself as an idiot.
